Jamie Allen

Jamie Allen has risen through the ranks of the Texas Department of Insurance-Division of Workers’ Compensation Fraud Unit since August 2016; starting as an Investigator, earning her certified fraud examiner license in 2017, advancing to Team Lead in 2018, and promoting to the position of Director in 2021.

Jamie supervises and manages the team’s workload, comprised of 5 investigators, 3 data analysts and an intake specialist. Her background is in the criminal justice field; as a police officer for the University of Texas - Austin and later for the Texas Attorney General’s Office assisting victims of violent crimes. Jamie earned a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Southwest Texas State University.
