Legislative and Legal Updates 

ICT keeps members informed on legislative changes and legal updates through routine updates on key legal court decisions, regular updates on all property and casualty related legislation being considered and ultimately passed during the legislative session. 

As a service to its members, ICT also offers guidance and responses to various legal issues as they arise. 

TDI Updates 

TDI bulletins, news alerts, and related hearings and public meetings, providing timely summaries and updates to ICT members. ICT also monitors any rule changes and the rule-making process, submitting comments on behalf of its membership when applicable. 

DWC Updates 

DWC bulletins, news alerts, and related hearings and public meetings, providing timely summaries and updates to ICT members.  ICT also monitors any rule changes and the rulemaking process, submitting comments on behalf of its membership when applicable. 

TWIA and FAIR Plan Updates 

ICT offers updates that include written comments on rulings and TWIA and FAIR in the Texas Legislature. We also offer reports on TWIA's biennial reports, and additional resources such as a Q&A on member assessments. 

Within the infohub, you may also:
